Information You Provide
A name, phone number, or address entered into a search form is sent to the third-party provider that supplies those results, not retained in our server logs as a search history. If you contact us, we receive the content of your message and use it to respond.
Data We Gather Automatically
Our hosting service records routine technical logs, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We review this in aggregate for maintenance and readership trends. Cookies or comparable technology may be used for basic analytics and, where relevant, advertising measurement.
How We Use Information
The limited data supports site operation, error correction, traffic measurement, and page improvements. We do not sell a visitor list or create individual visitor profiles.
Links to Other Websites
Links point to Bartlett, Shelby County, Tennessee, library, archive, and third-party resources. The policy of the destination site governs information submitted there. This includes sponsored search results supplied by a third party.
Who Can Process Data
Hosting and support providers process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners can receive the automatic information described above. We disclose information only when valid legal process requires disclosure.
How We Protect Your Data
The site uses an encrypted connection and retains logs only for as long as the purposes stated above require. Because this site has no visitor accounts, it does not hold a visitor password or account profile.
Users Under 18
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor sent us information, contact us so we can remove it.
Your Privacy Rights
Tennessee's Information Protection Act, Tenn. Code Ann. §§ 47-18-3301 et seq., gives Tennessee consumers certain access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out rights when a controller is subject to the statute. Because we keep very little, a request usually involves our contact mailbox and available logs. Use the Contact page to ask. Government records held by Tennessee, Shelby County, or Bartlett custodians are outside our control; access to nonexempt records is governed by the Tennessee Public Records Act, including Tenn. Code Ann. § 10-7-503, and requests must go to the office that holds them.
Updates to This Policy
We will post revisions to this policy here. Continued use after publication of a revision indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
